Ground Floor

Entrance is into a porch and through to the open plan sitting and dining room which has quarry tiled floors with rugs, exposed beams and an inglenook.
Sitting Area:
The sitting area has a woodburning stove, comfortable sofa and an armchair, coffee table, TV with digibox, DVD and CD player.
Dining Area:
The dining area has an antique pine table with 4 chairs and a settle right in the inglenook.
Kitchen:
The updated fully fitted kitchen has a range of sage green and porcelain units, integrated dishwasher, washing machine, oven with ceramic hob. The integrated fridge/freezer is in an alcove in the rear hallway.
Cloakroom:
There is a cloakroom in the rear lobby with a WC and wash hand basin.

1st Floor

There are 2 bedrooms. All beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
Bedroom 1:
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside tables, dressing table, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and a feature fireplace.
Bedroom 2:
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedside shelves and a chest for storage.
Bathroom:
The large bathroom has a white suite of bath with power shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Grey electric heated towel rail.

Outside

There are two garden areas. The enclosed cottage garden, at the rear is bordered with mature shrubs and trees with views to the open countryside. There is a patio with a wooden garden table and chairs for al-fresco dining. There is another lawned area to the front which is open to the country lane that leads to the coast. There is gated off road parking for two cars and a boat.

A welcoming hamper containing local Welsh produce awaits you at the cottage together with seasonal fresh flowers.

Pet Policy

If the prospect of leaving your four legged friend at home whilst you holiday is too much to bear – Bwthyn Gynon welcomes you and your pet at no extra cost. However, we’d appreciate it if you would not let your four legged friend upstairs or on any furniture. Please ensure your dog is vaccinated, wormed and de-flea’d before your arrival.

One dog is very welcome but restricted to downstairs only.

We had a fabulous stay at Bwthyn Gynon. The cottage was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The views from the cottage are fabulous - a very peaceful break for all the family, with short drives to some breathtaking beaches.

This is a beautiful place to stay. All you hear are sheep and cows. The cottage has everything you will need. Great location; close to two dog friendly beaches. We will definitely return.

Beautiful cottage. Characterful, smartly fitted out, very clean, really comfy beds and so peaceful. Stunning coast walks in this part of Pembrokeshire, quiet bays for swimming and plenty to do within short drive. Didn't want to leave.

2 glorious weeks in this immaculate cottage with stunning views and lovely secure garden for dogs. We have 25 years experience with self catering and I can honestly say this is the best ever. Attention to detail is a real credit to Cathy. The welcome basket is amazing. You will not be disappointed.

We had a lovely holiday, such a relief to get away after 4 months of lockdown. The cottage was perfect - we both felt it was the best we'd ever stayed in. It was so well equipped with everything we might need, and in a great location with a beautiful view over the surrounding landscape. Cathy was a very caring owner and seemed to have thought of everything - and checked that we'd arrived safely and had everything we needed. We'd love to go back!
